Eligibility for Returns

If a product reaches you broken or damaged due to our fault or an issue during courier transit, it will be eligible for a return. Otherwise, products are not eligible for a return.

Mandatory Video Proof

If the product reaches you and it is broken from our side or the courier's side, you must make a video of the unboxing of the product and send that to us instantly.

Note: Otherwise, the product will not be returnable.
